/ no knead bread /
I know I’m not the only one friggin’ excited to get my hands dirty in the kitchen this fall! (and for those non-bakers among us, you are definitely equally as excited to eat what we make). My absolute favorite is to portion the no-knead bread into small rolls and make homemade egg sandwiches with real bacon, egg, hearty cheddar cheese slices from the cheese shop, and a little arugula. I always make them on Thanksgiving and Christmas morning. Sooooo (not) good (for you), you can only have them twice a year 😉 You can find my go-to, very simple apple pie recipe here (tip – instead of laying the top crust out traditionally, I use holiday cookie cutters, like stars, a fall leaf, etc, more festive!) Drooling over these garlic knots. ‘Tis the season to dig in!
